Basketball Hoop Tipover
Details:	Thankfully the rope and bolts held on when the basketball hoop tipped over in Louisville. A previous storm years ago it had fallen on one of our vehicles, hence my husband bolted the basketball hoop. The coach light it fell on isn't even broken.
